How Our Agency Operates

When you hire us, you choose your primary doula, who provides personalized prenatal care and walks closely with you throughout pregnancy. Your relationship is central, and she is the one who prepares you, supports you, and stays connected every step of the way.

If, for any reason, your primary doula becomes unavailable at the time of birth, our rotating on-call system ensures that an experienced, well-rested doula from our team steps in seamlessly. This structure protects both you and your doula—ensuring consistent, high-quality support while preventing exhaustion and overwork.
